Cookie & Tracking Policy

This policy explains how Global Automation Services Ltd, the company behind the Fionetix Solutions brand, uses cookies, browser storage, and similar tracking technologies on our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies — such as browser localStorageand server-to-server event tracking — that work without traditional cookies. Together we refer to these as “tracking technologies.”
2. How we decide what loads (Consent Mode)
We use Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your choice:
- Privacy-friendly analytics run for everyone. On every visit we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and advertising storage denied. This measures site usage in aggregate and is not used to target you with ads.
- Advertising technologies wait for your consent. Marketing pixels and remarketing tags load only after you select “Accept” on our consent banner.

We only load a given tool if it is configured and, for advertising tools, only after you accept. If a network isn’t in use, its technologies are never set.
4. Server-side measurement (no cookie required)
In addition to browser-based pixels, we may send conversion events directly from our server to Meta via its Conversions API. This uses a hashed version of your email and/or phone number plus technical data and is deduplicated with any browser pixel event. It is described in full in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing your preferences
- Our banner.Choose “Reject” to keep advertising technologies off (privacy-friendly analytics still runs). To change a previous choice, clear this site’s storage in your browser and reload to see the banner again.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some features (like checkout) may not work as intended.
- Analytics opt-out. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Ad personalization. Manage Google ad settings at My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Center.
6. Third-party policies
These providers process data under their own policies: Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
